Five reasons we cannot wait for the Farm Shop & Deli Show 2025
On 7-9 April, The EPOS Bureau team will be heading to the NEC Birmingham for the 2025 Farm Shop & Deli Show – and we simply cannot wait!
The Farm Shop and Deli show is always a highlight of the year, and this edition could be one of the best yet.
Here are our top five reasons why we are all looking forward to getting back to Birmingham.
The power of the industry
The Farm Show & Deli Show is a fantastic event in its own right. Add into the mix the fact that it takes place alongside the Food & Drink Expo, National Convenience Show, and Foodex Manufacturing Solutions, and you will have an unbeatable blend of vast industry insight to tap into and explore, all under one roof! It’s always good to see what businesses in related areas are up to – it can spark the most incredible ideas.

And, talking about ideas, what line up of speakers the organisers have put together for this event. We’re already working out our rota to make sure we’ve got enough people on our stand (K249 FYI). Sessions take place across the five stages (grocer, restaurant, farm shop & deli, food manufacture and convenience store) and there’s so much to get stuck into. We’re particularly keen on The Cheesy Living Co’s session with Nigel Barden, while the Dragons’ Pantry (think Dragons’ Den for farm shops), which takes place at 1pm on Monday 7 April promises to be brilliant!
Celebrating Farm Shop & Deli success
A focal point of The Farm Shop & Deli Show are the product and retailer awards, which recognise the industry’s best of the best and we are so looking forward to finding out which products the judges pick out and award gold, silver and bronze to. On the retail side, independent retailers from across the country will be assessed and the judges will announce the winners of each category and region live during the event. Good luck to everyone who’s a contender… especially if you’re an EPOS Bureau customer!

One of our favourite aspects of the Farm Shop & Deli Show is reconnecting with old friends and meeting new faces! We love – quite literally – talking shop, so drop by our stand and say hello.
