Meet Christian Barton, your new Account Manager at The EPOS Bureau

At The EPOS Bureau, we pride ourselves on being more than just a software provider; we strive to be a dedicated partner in your day-to-day success. With that in mind, I am writing to personally introduce myself as your new dedicated Account Manager.

My name is Christian Burton, and my mission is to ensure that your EPOS system is working as hard as you are.

I don’t want to be someone you only hear from when a printer needs fixing—I want to help you leverage our technology to grow your bottom line, using my knowledge and experience I’ve gained working with EPOS for the last 12 years.

I believe that great service comes from understanding your business from the inside out. To make sure we stay aligned with your goals, I have set two personal targets:

1. Regular Check-ins: I will be reaching out to you at least twice a year for a formal account review to ensure you are getting maximum value from our services.
2. On-Site Visits: I am aiming to personally visit every one of our clients. There is no substitute for seeing your operations in person, and I look forward to meeting you at your premises soon.
